SHIPPING PROCESS

We utilize UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL to fulfill all orders. The fulfillment process takes 2–5 business days for all items in stock. Our fulfillment time does not include shipping, meaning that the delivery time for your order to reach your doorstep may exceed 1 week depending on your location. However, most of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less. You can expect your order to arrive within 1–2 weeks from the time you check out–we keep it fast and reliable. Swimbear does not profit from shipping fees, regardless of order size. Shipping rates are determined by our fulfillment partners and shipping carriers.

Orders are routed through fulfillment centers based on product availability and logistics algorithms to ensure the fastest possible delivery. Some orders may arrive faster than others depending on the fulfillment center's location and route to you.

Please note that delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to weather-related issues or carrier operations. Swimbear is not responsible for any carrier-caused delays.

Our system provides real-time updates and tracking so you always know where your order is. Customers will receive a tracking link once their order has shipped. Customers can stay informed by signing up with their email to receive live tracking updates the moment the order is on the move. It is recommended that to stay informed, customers should add their email to the tracking page.

Items from orders can be returned within 10 days of the transaction, with original packaging and tags attached. In regard to shipping fees, taxes, and customs duties, refer to our Refund Policy. Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs. To request a return, please contact us at swimbearshop@gmail.com. We'll provide the return address and further instructions.
